What Does Ylang Ylang Essential Oil Smell Like?

Ylang Ylang Pure Essential Oil
The Ylang Ylang flower is used to make several types of essential oil, via steam distillation. The oils vary in the intensity of their scent. Ylang Ylang extra is the most potent essential oil derived from the Ylang Ylang flower. This oil is often used as a top note in perfumes, such as Chanel Number Five. Ylang Ylang can be beneficial in boosting your mood, reduce depression, alleviate anxiety, lower blood pressure and decrease heart rate.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
